I go through your site the way your customers do, find where they’re dropping off and work out why. You get a clear list of what to fix first.
Find my biggest leakFree: send your URL and I’ll tell you the single biggest improvement I can see. No pitch deck attached.
Sound familiar?
“Plenty of people add to cart. Checkout tells a different story.”
“We redesigned last year and nothing really changed.”
“Everyone’s got an opinion about the site. No one’s got evidence.”
“Analytics is set up. No one’s had time to properly dig into it.”
60-second self-check
Five quick questions about your own site. No email needed, and you’ll get a rough idea of where to look first.
A quick self-check. If you’d answer no (or not sure) to any of these, that’s a good place to start.
Can shoppers see delivery costs and timing before they get to checkout?
Surprise costs at checkout are one of the most common reasons people bail. Show them early, even if it’s a rough estimate.
Could a first-time visitor tell why your product is worth it, within a few seconds of landing on it?
If the page doesn’t answer “why this one?”, people go looking for the answer somewhere else (often a competitor).
Have you bought something on your own site, on your phone, in the last month?
It’s the quickest way to find what’s annoying your customers. Most of the fiddly stuff only shows up on a small screen.
Can people check out as a guest, without creating an account?
Asking for an account before payment is an easy way to lose people who were ready to buy. Offer it after the order instead.
Do you know which step of your checkout loses the most people?
Without this, every fix is a guess. The answer is often already in your analytics, it just needs digging out.
What you get
A full review of your site from first click to order confirmation, on mobile and desktop, checked against what your analytics is actually saying.

How it works
You don’t need to prepare anything fancy. Access to your analytics and a quick chat about your goals is enough to get started.
Tell me about the site and what you’d like it to do better. A quick call works too.
I go through the site like a customer would, then check the analytics to see where they actually leave.
What’s leaking, why, and what to do about it, in priority order. Then we go through it together.
Hand it to your team, or we turn the best ideas into A/B tests and find out what works.

Questions
[ANSWER: e.g. read-only access to your analytics and ecommerce platform. Nothing that lets me break anything.]
[ANSWER: the platforms and tools you work with]
That’s more common than you’d think, and it’s fixable. [ANSWER: what you do in that case, e.g. a tracking check first]
[ANSWER: whether you design, build or hand over the fixes]
Free tools check what a computer can measure, like page speed and missing tags. They can’t see how your customers behave, or tell you why someone gave up halfway through checkout. That’s the part that needs a person.
